How do I register for an SSO userid?
• Open your web browser and type in the following url:https://signon.eia.doe.gov/ssoserver/login. • Select the Register for a Userid link at the bottom of the Login page. • Provide the basic contact information requested. All information with the exception of phone extension is required. • Select a userid, password, security question and answer. • Press the Submit button at the bottom of the page. • If you get any error messages (text highlighted in red), make the corrections and press the Submit button again. • After successfully registering for an SSO userid, you will see a Registration Completed page. Press the Login Now link which will take you back to the Login page. • Before logging in, bookmark this page, it is the one that you will be using from now on to do your reporting.
