For a $15.00 fee, journal articles may be requested on a Rush basis. Books cannot be requested Rush. Rush requests will be filled by the second business day or there is no cost. Rush requests submitted after Interlibrary Loan business hours will not be processed until the following business day, and will incur the $15.00 Rush fee if we obtain them by the second business day. ILL business hours are 9-4 M-F. Patrons will be invoiced by e-mail after the item has arrived.
