What is the Redbridge Compact?
Answer A joint agreement between a council and the local voluntary and community sector to build trust and improve working relationships for the benefits of both parties. The Compact is an agreement between the statutory sector and voluntary and community sector in Redbridge to promote good working arrangements between statutory agencies and the voluntary and community sector in the Borough. It is a revision and development of the 2003 Redbridge Compact and has been endorsed by the London Borough of Redbridge, Redbridge PCT, London Fire Service, Redbridge Division, Redbridge Children’s Trust, Metropolitan Police – Redbridge Borough, Redbridge Council for Voluntary Service, Redbridge Faith Forum.
