What is a pass gate?

0

A pass gate is used to process admissions to squad guests, recruits, and high school coaches. Persons whose names are left on a pass list must present photo identification to receive admission to the event. NCAA regulations prohibit the issuance of “hard tickets” thru a pass gate, so pass list recipients must enter the facility upon signing for his/her admission. Commonly referred to as a “player guest” or “squad guest” entrance, the pass gate is found in these locations at our athletic facilities: Scott Stadium – East Gate, John Paul Jones Arena – windows 10 and 11, Klockner Stadium/Davenport Field – windows at main entrance.
