Injured Spouse, wheres my refund?
I have also mailed an injured spouse form after e-filing joint wages with my husband. I found out he owes a student loan from 3yrs ago before we were married. I contacted the IRS they have stated they received my form 20 days ago and are reviewing it. They told me it can take up to 14weeks to get a decision and check in the mail if their decision goes to my favor.
