What do the padlock icons mean?
[c] If you see a padlock icon like this: next to an entry, it means that it is private to a particular group. That group might be quite large, such as all staff and students at the University or it might be very specific, such as a small number of friends. Example: You might have written an entry regarding an issue within the department, maybe about someone leaving for example, and so you could make the entry accessible only to Staff at the University.
