What is an ARM and ARD?
They stand for Assistant Resident Manager (ARM) and Assistant Resident Director (ARD). These senior staff members are returning students who have served as Community Educators or Program Administrators for at least one year and have distinguished themselves through their job performance and exemplify the desire to go above and beyond in serving their fellow students. As part of their position they also serve and mentor the residence life staff as well as the residents within their buildings.
