WHAT IS A CREDITOR’S MEETING?

0

A creditor’s meeting is a requirement under the Bankruptcy Code. It is held at the same time as the Debtor’s School. It is an opportunity for your creditors and the Trustee to meet with you and your attorney and ask reasonable, relevant questions relating to your bankruptcy. You will be assisted by an attorney and/or paralegal from our office in answering any questions posed to you by a creditor.
