How do callbacks work?
Callbacks are completed through the use of telephone technology. When the chosen psychic logs on, an outbound call is systematically made to the first customer on the callback waiting list. An automatic voice response system will prompt the customer to enter the last four digits of their personal identification number (PIN). When the last four digits of the PIN number are entered, then a second phone call is systematically routed to the psychic. A third phone line merges the customer and the psychic, completing the callback process.
