Latoria Walk is a new 26 acre development located at the corner of Veteran’s Memorial Parkway and Latoria Road in Colwood with a mixture of 183 new homes (single family, patio homes, townhouses and condominiums) and 25,000 sq. ft. of retail/office space. The Market At Latoria Walk is a new retail/office shopping centre, similar in concept to the Mattick’s Farm development in Cordova Bay, and part of the Latoria Walk residential development.
