What is the Survivorship Clinic?
We are very excited to now offer a unique opportunity for eligible patients. If you are one year post treatment and free of disease, we believe that you would benefit from the Prostate Cancer Survivorship Clinic. Services provided in the Clinic include general health promotion, follow-up assessments, screening for other cancers, education and other support services.
