My spouse or domestic partner already has health benefits and we also elected WaMu coverage for us both. What is covered?

0

When you and your eligible dependents (including a spouse or domestic partner) are covered by more than one health plan, your WaMu benefits are coordinated with the benefits from your other coverage. The coordination of benefits rules eliminate duplicate payments for the same services. The online summary plan descriptions (SPDs) for WaMu Choice, WaMu Choice Plus, WaMu High Deductible, WaMu Out of Area and the dental plan provide more information for those plans. For information about the coordination of benefits with an HMO (where available), contact the service provider directly using the numbers listed on the resource guide on the last pages of the Open Enrollment Guide.
