What is a scoring rubric?
A rubric is a printed set of scoring guidelines (criteria) for evaluating work (a performance or a product) and giving feedback. A scoring rubric refers to the established criteria, including rules, principles and illustrations, used in scoring responses to individual and clusters of items.
