Where are the modified and authenticated (electronically signed) dictations?
The dictations that have been signed and/or modified or located on the Medical Records tab once you locate the patient or click on the patients name from the census tab. Click on the plus in the circle to the left of admission you want to view, this will expand to show you what documents are currently on the patients electronic medical records.
