What does sustainability mean at PepsiCo?
We define sustainability as “Performance with Purpose.” In today’s world, consumers are bringing their principles to their purchasing. We, in return, are bringing a purpose to our performance. There are three specific components to Performance with Purpose. First, we offer foods and beverages that responsibly provide nourishment to people and societies. Second, we are intent on minimizing our impact on the environment in which we operate. And third, we work hard to create a safe, healthy and inclusive environment where the best people want to work.
