Do I have to workout everyday?
No. You can flex the program to suit your lifestyle. If you want to do this as fast as possible we recommend 3 short sessions of weights and 3 short sessions of cardio and core per week. Be realistic when you set your goals. The frequency of your workout program must be practical to fit with your other commitments. It is far better to be realistic but challenging. Follow the program in order and just change the dates on the top of the workout schedules. The program is designed to provide you with the means of getting the perfect swimmers body. You can take the program as fast or as slow as you want. If your goal is to get the shape as fast as possible, you will need to follow the program as closely as possible.
