How does the mind work?
A popular explanation is that our minds probably work on two levels. The smaller conscious part of the mind is involved in the logical thought process. The vast subconscious zone controls all the automated body processes and stores our memories. Everything we have ever experienced is stored in the subconscious. Beliefs from our childhood, habits and most important limiting beliefs that are affecting us in a negative way are stored in the subconscious region.
