Where does Y-Hope serve?
Y-Hope volunteers serve the Metropolitan DC area (MD/DC/VA). • Does Y-Hope Foundation endorse or support any political candidates or organizations? No. Y-Hope is a non-partisan organization and neither endorses nor gives support or donations to any particular candidate, lobbying group, or political party. We do, however, support like minded organizations in the form of joint programs or rechannelled donations which give direct support or raise research money for women’s diseases such asbut not limited tocancer, diabetes, heart disease, and HIV/AIDS. • Can anyone join the Y-hope Foundation organization? Yes. There are two capacities in which interested parties may consider: Board of Directors – as a candidate for the Board of Directors, you will need to submit an application in letter form to the office address, explaining why you would like to be on the Board, stating your qualifications, and in what capacity you would like to serve.
