How does one control telekinesis?
No one really knows because there has never been any scientific inquiry in an attempt to find out. No program of training (or anything other than proving it’s existence) has ever been studied or evaluated. However, scientific experiments support the existence of telekinesis (or mind-matter interaction) with such things as random number generators, thrown dice, electronic slot machines, decaying radioactive particles, etc. (all objects in flux). No evidence supports levitating your friends, stopping a speeding car or throwing a fireball. There was one individual named Matthew Manning (his book is “The Link) that has poltergeist activity and managed to channel it where he could control some of it.
