Mickie James has already been a heel with her “psycho” gimmick when feuding with Trish Stratus back in early 2006.Despite Trish being the babyface, it was Mickie who quicky became the fans favorite and cheered for her.The heel character wasn’t working, so the storyliners had her turn face after she beat Lita for the Women’s title at Survivor Series. Mickie is one of the few genuinely trained Divas along with Cherry ( who fought in OVW ) and to an extent, Maria ( who has been trained by Finlay ).The rest are all heel Divas with Natalya being the latest addition.To keep the numbers balanced and keep the feuds going, i think it’s far better all round if Mickie stays babyface.
