What happens in Hannibal?
The short detailed version… Mason Verger is out for revenge against Hannibal Lector. He hires some Italian “mobsters” to train pigs to eat a human so IF they catch Hannibal, they can make him suffer. Inspector Pazzi discovers Lector is pretending to be someone else and plots to turn him over to Verger for the reward money. Clarice Finds this out and tries to talk Pazzi out of it. Meanwhile Paul Krendler has has Clarice stripped of her FBI credentials. After killing Pazzi, Lector flees Italy for the states and contacts Clarice who tries to find him before the “mobsters” do. She fails and they take Lector to Verger’s estate. She finds him and while trying to rescue him from Verger, she is wounded. Verger’s doctor pushes him to the hogs and he dies and Lector takes off with Clarice. Lector takes Clarice to Krendler’s house in the mountains and he starts eating Krendler’s brain and feeding it to him. Clarice has called 911 and she and Hannibal scuffle.
