What are the provisions for hearing-impaired patrons?

For our patrons with a hearing impairment, the TCC offers an Assisted Listening Device (ALD) for rent in the lobby before the performance. This system uses headphone technology to clarify and strengthen the sound system in the theatre. You will be required to leave a photo ID to rent the ALD device. There is no charge for the rental however quantities are limited, and the devices are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
