Who is in charge of COBAL?
A. COBAL is run by a shadowy council known as The Triumvirate. These three have almost God-like control of COBAL (meaning that their true wishes are either perverted or ignored by the lion’s share of church members). The Triumvirate is primarily involved in dispute resolution or in discussions about COBAL policies, procedures, dogmas, etc. They all have veto power and some are rumored to be able to see through thin, poorly-constructed walls.
