What is the per diem rate?
We do not have a per diem rate. We reimburse the actual cost of meals up to a daily maximum. These maximums can be found in the Travel Reimbursement Policy. If a meal is included in the business meeting or conference, the daily maximum should be adjusted according to the meal maximums in the same policy. There are separate maximums for most travel and for travel to IRS designated “key cities.
