How do skinny people eat?
Hi Roxxy Here are five things that skinny people don’t tend to do: 1. Skinny people don’t skip breakfast. Eating breakfast jump-starts your metabolism. When you wake up, your metabolism is on “slow” and stays that way until you eat. With your metabolism on “go,” you’re not hungry and eat less. Skinny action item #1: Eat a balanced breakfast daily (carb/protein/fat ). No time? Try oatmeal with nuts and fruit and a mix-with-water protein shake. Or try full grain toast, an apple and a protein shake. 2. Skinny people don’t starve themselves. When you don’t eat enough, your blood sugar is low, your brain is starving and your body goes into fat storage mode instead of staying in fat burning mode. Skinny action item #1: Eat proactively. Eat small meals every few hours and don’t skip meals. Eat protein with every meal (even if it’s a quick protein shake with water) so your body can metabolize the glucose it needs. 3.
