You can contact us by using the contact form. If you experience any problems, please specify which OS version you are running, note anything special installed (e.g. haxies, kernel extensions, auto-launched software) and what type of Mac or PC you are using. Please outline your issue and if relevant submit crash logs and your System Profile information at http://support.versiontracker.com. The crash log for VersionTracker Pro Macintosh can be found at ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/VersionTracker Pro.crash.log. There is not an equivalent crash log function in VersionTracker Pro Windows.
