• All FDNY members (Fire and EMS; active and retired) who participated at least one day in the WTC rescue and recovery effort at any of the WTC sites (Ground Zero, Staten Island land fill, or the NYC Chief Medical Examiner’s office) between 9/11/01 and July 2002. (This includes those members who did not receive our original BHS WTC Medical Screening.) All active members receive this monitoring as part of their periodic company medical. • To be eligible for FDNY-WTC Free Prescription Medication Plan, you must fulfill the requirements listed above, AND you must have had a FDNY-WTC “annual” medical since Aug. 12, 2005 and agree to keep that updated as directed.
