What are hand-made dolls?
“Hand-made” means the doll is hand-stitched. All body parts are sewn together by machine except for the face features, and the arms attached to the body. Since the arms are hand sewn to the body by hand (and glued for strength), I recommend NOT to swing the doll around by the arms. The eyes are “goggle” eyes or sewn-on eyes. • What age group are the dolls for? Ages 6+. This is a great gift for new borns and young children but use the doll as a “display doll” until the child reaches age 6. The colors on the doll can match the same colors of the room, and nicely displayed on the dresser or shelf until the child is older. • Does your price vary from a “regular” rag doll to a “custom-made” doll?
