Delivery is transportation of the shipment to your location only. A lift gate is a mechanical lowering device that can be used to offload your shipment from the back of the delivery vehicle. If you do not have a receiving dock or other means of offloading your shipment from the back of the truck, you will need to request a Lift Gate service on your order. Note: a Lift Gate can be provided free of charge for deliveries to the following states, but you must still request it on your order – AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, UT, WA, WY.
