IS HARBIN QUALIFIED TO BE A STATE REPRESENTATIVE?
It is being said that I lack the knowledge and history to know this district. Any appointee who would take that position would have the same challenges I have, getting up to speed on legislation pending and past. I have the experience of closely following the past legislatures and I know the process, the bills and the policy behind the bills. I have also worked in the district and been active in the community for more than 14 years. I put my qualifications and knowledge of the legislative process and the history of the district up against anyone, and I pledge to work diligently to honor the trust placed in the legislative seat I occupy. Lets look at the make up of District 28. There are 24,595 residents according to the last US census data. Of these residents, 9668 are registered to vote.
