How do the loggers synchronize time-wise?
Each logger is synchronized to the current date and time at the instant a study is initialized in the newly programmed logger. Thereafter the loggers will be synchronized to within +/- 15 seconds per day, the accuracy of the timer within the logger. The standard, EN485 stipulates that the time accuracy should be better than ½ % of the study duration, which the ValProbe system meets and exceeds by a factor of 30.
