How are addenda issued?
Prior to the close of the pool (the last date on which a buyer may choose to join a currently open pool), you will have the opportunity to modify your IFB on the system that will then notify all suppliers that received the original consolidated IFB of the changes, additions, etc. The suppliers, in turn, can issue questions and you can respond through the system and the notifications will be distributed to all relevant parties. After the consolidated IFB is issued, you may, of course, withdraw, reissue your requirements, ask questions of the suppliers and accept or reject the bid(s) from the suppliers.
