Lacto-ovo-vegetarians can get along fine if they consume lots of high-quality protein sources such as organic eggs and cultured dairy, but strict vegetarians will have a more difficult time meeting their protein needs on the Perfect Weight eating plan. You will need to substitute other foods for your protein needs such as nuts, seeds, legumes and cereal grains. Since these foods are not complete protein sources, you should seek the advice of a nutritionist who can offer nutritional guidance.
