What are levels?
Levels, among other things, determine you powerful your vampire is. The higher the level, the more powerful you are. Levels are capped to 255 (i.e., you cannot go above level 255). Your level is factored into the forumla when deciding if you hit or miss an attack, levels also increase the effectiveness of many abilities. For some items, a minimum level is required also. Everytime you go up a level, you can distribute five stat points to either Strength, Dexterity, Vitality or Energy. (See below for more info on these). Once you are at level 255, you may subclass your character further and begin levelling up again – these levels will be displayed as 255 +(subclass level).
