Lake Summerset’s annual Summerfest is usually the weekend following July 4th. Check the Marquee on the Lake Summerset main web about 4 weeks prior to July 4 for exact dates. The same goes for the annual garage sales. They are usually in the middle of May. Check the marquee at the top of the main Lake Summerset web page about early-mid April for exact dates.
