What is Spanish Cove?
Established in 1974, Spanish Cove is a covenant restricted community with more than 600 acres located in Lower Alabama just west of Pensacola, FL on Perdido Bay. Three distinct areas offer three different styles of housing, Recreational Vehicle, Manufactured Home and conventional “stick-built” homes. Most of the residents are full-time, but some still travel to “summer homes”; many count Spanish Cove as their “home base” and travel to and fro throughout the year. Return to top of page.
