No – the song was co-written by David Croft himself for the series. It has never been released on cassette or album, and the sheet music for it has never been commercially published. The title of the song is unknown, though it is presumably “‘Allo ‘Allo”. Your best best to get an official recording of the song is to purchase a video tape from the BBC.
