Where are the wheeled bins collected from and when?
To ensure a collection, we ask that wheeled bins be presented at the edge of your property where it meets the pavement by 7am on the day of collection. Sticker calendars are provided for the collection dates of your brown bin and general refuse bin. If you do not have a calendar, please visit our waste and recycling collections page to find out when your bins will be collected over the next four weeks or telephone the Customer Helpline.Back to questions.
