Temporary neighbourhood drop-offs are set up in convenient locations around Calgary during the program. For a location near you view the Christmas Tree Drop Off Locations Map (931 KB). However, if you missed our drop-off locations, you can recycle your unwanted trees at the East Calgary landfill which will accept Christmas trees free of charge from residents year round. However, if there is mixed garbage with your trees, charges will apply.

However, if there is mixed garbage with your trees, charges will apply.
