Before a gift card can be used at one of the participating retail stores or to access our telephone and Internet card management services, the gift card order must be activated using a confidential “Bulk Activation Code”. Once an order is activated, the cards must be treated like cash, as lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced or refunded.
