Wicked Lady is Chibi-Usa (Rini). In “Sailor Moon R”, Wiseman tricked Chibi-Usa into believing that she had a bad childhood and that her parents, Neo-Queen Serenity and King Endymion, did not really love her. He then used the power of the Black Crystal to accelerate Chibi-Usa’s age and turn her evil. This older and evil Chibi-Usa was Wicked Lady. However, Neo-Queen Serenity was able to convince Wicked Lady that Wiseman lied to her and Wicked Lady turned back into Chibi-Usa.
