What qualifications do I have to meet to be seen as a patient at the Collin County Adult Clinic ?
Currently, the qualifications to be considered as a possible patient at the Clinic are as follows: First, you must be 18 years of age or older. Second, you cannot have any type of medical or healthcare related insurance coverage. Third, you must show proof that you are currently a resident of Collin County, Texas. (Proof of residency can be done by showing a valid Driver’s License with a Collin County address or showing a utility bill in your name at a Collin County address, or you can show a postmarked envelope that has been mailed to you (showing you as the addressee) at a Collin County address.
