How is Visula licensed?
All works are copyrighted. Currently there is only one copyright holder, Calum Grant. The development environment may be distributed freely in binary format, providing that the installation files are not modified in any way. There are no restrictions on commercial use for the current release. The libraries and the Visula run-time are open source, and may be distributed freely under the terms of the LGPL. All works created using Visula are the copyright of their creators. Thus programs written in Visula may be freely distributed.
