What if my SmartCare Healthcheck identifies a problem?
If the identified issue is a relatively straight forward adjustment then our Service Technician will gladly make the rectification on the spot. However, if the issue involves sourcing a part that our Technician does not have, then we will need to order that part and make a booking to come back to complete the job. (you may need to pay for spare parts and may need to pay for labour depending on the level of repair required) Remember, in the first TWO years of product ownership your Fisher & Paykel appliance is covered by warranty against faults, but not operating negligence or mishandling.
