The crime mapping website uses address information supplied by the Post Office and Ordnance Survey. If your postcode is not on that list then you will be unable to find your neighbourhood using this method. If you have recently moved into a new housing development, it can sometimes take a number of months before your new postcode is included in the dataset. We currently only provide address searching for the postcode areas covered by Cleveland Police.
