No. A complete synthoid’s body is altered so much that it is impossible for it to house a soul. Once the soul leaves the body, it’s no longer sentient. Only an angel can tell for sure whether a partially-complete synthoid has a soul. Legally, if a synthoid is still capable of emotions and rational, nonviolent thought, they are considered incomplete and still able to function in society.
