What is Reconciliation?
At the conclusion of the funded activity, grant recipients are required to submit a post-activity reconciliation online detailing audience participation, credit hours, etc. You will receive an email notification on the end date of your activity. If you do not submit an activity reconciliation within 90 calendar days of completion of your activity, you may be prevented from submitting additional grant requests to IMED or taking additional action on existing grant requests until it is properly submitted. If greater time is required, please contact IMED.
