This function was created for any type of policy that has a renewal or expiration date. A campaign can be created to start prior to the target date allowing the agent to begin selling the renewals proactively. This function combined with our manual task function will also allow TOUCH to send the agent a reminder e-mail notifying them of the pending renewal.
