Who studies Food Science and Technology?
This content of this new course reflects the range of knowledge and skills required by food business operators. It is aimed principally at those who are currently employed in the food and drink sector and who wish to acquire a relevant HE qualification. However, it will also be of interest to those who want to embark on a career in this industry. Course modules Food Science Students will study aspects of chemistry and biology that are of particular relevance to food production.
