Resetting License Locks/User Logins?
To clear the license locks for the Prophesy Dispatch program. Users may get a message telling them, “All the license seats are currently in use”. This can easily be cleared up. 1. Have everyone exit the Prophesy Dispatch program. 2. Then have the Prophesy Supervisor, choose the ADMIN TOOLS buton from the Prophesy Dispatch login screen. 3. Select RESET LOGINS and type in the supervisor’s id and password. 4. Click on CONTINUE. 5. A message will display. Select YES. Another message will apear, “User Logins are reset.
